Learning and Development Manager

Job Description

 

  • Company leader and executor of creating learning environment and culture.
  • Together with Head of HR clarifying and executing company DNA, philosophy and service standards.
  • Implementing LQA (Leading Quality assurance) standard and leading and ensuring whole process is in place and organizing constant secret audit of all departments.
  • Implementing and leading a orientation process, follow up of „my 30 and 90 days“ in company (completing a journey book for employees together with standards and service sequences and identifying company terminology).
  • Together with Head of HR implementing KPI plan and ensuring that monthly communication meetings are held in order to discuss goals how to reach them.
  • Together with Head of HR implementing HR software.
  • Together with Head of HR and Talent Manager implementing performance appraisal process, train the HODs and Excom how to execute whole process and ensuring that whole process is done as per company standards.
  • Together with Head of HR and HODs identifying training needs & constant improvements and executing internal & external.
  • Ensuring that all company standards are met in Team member accommodation, onboarding process, team members canteen and food safety standards (supervising welfare and transport supervisor, staff canteen Chef and Food safety manager).
  • Ensuring and supervising of daily departmental trainings executed by departmental trainers.
  • Ensuring all welfare activities are constantly done and as per company standards (employee of the month, quarter and year, sport activities, local community activities…).
  • Ensuring all internship programs with local schools in Montenenegro are done as per institutions and Azmont company standards.
  • Together with Head of HR ensuring that all team buildings, monthly communication meetings, activities, notice board updates, internal company e-newsletter are done regularly and as per company standards.
  • Together with Head of HR ensuring that TMES (team members employee survey) programs are regularly conducted and as per company standards.
  • Ensuring that action plans based on results are executed and monitored.
