Sales Operations Manager

Real estate development project on the Montenegrin coast, due to further growth and development of its prestigious brand, is looking for qualified and motivated candidate at the position of:

 

SALES OPERATIONS MANAGER (SOM)

 

Role description:

• Responsible for monitoring the efficiency of the sales process while promoting excellence within the framework of the company's core values
• Successfully managing the administrative and the logistic activities that revolve around the sales process while always improving and developing new procedures to support it
• Leading the process of developing documentation needed to support a sales process while coordinating with other departments
• Analysing the database and identifying operational weaknesses in order to help improve performance
• Communicating a clear, strategic sales vision and effectively training administrative staff
• Ensuring that the daily operations of the Sales Centre are maintained

Candidate’s profile:

• University degree
• Fluent in English, required knowledge of one extra foreign language (Russian, Italian)
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office
• Be results orientated and demonstrate good time management, Be smart and well presented and business-like
• Planning - must demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and in a planned and structured fashion
• Set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and 
track activities
• Be knowledgeable about the property sales process in Montenegro
• Demonstrate a high level of "Detail Orientation", maintain logs and digital files so they can be retrieved easily when needed.
