Real estate development project on the Montenegrin coast, due to further growth and development of its prestigious brand, is looking for qualified and motivated candidate at the position of:

SALES CONSULTANT (SC)

Role description:

• Maintain relationships with existing customers, develop new business and new key accounts
• Open up new sales opportunities
• Cooperate efficiently with Sales Director and other team members for target achievements
• Demonstrate established sales value to potential Purchasers and obtain their commitment
• Set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and 
track activities
• Adhere to company processes and procedures
• Responsibility for fulfilling sales goals

Candidate’s profile:

• University degree
• Significant sales achievements at previous workplaces (property sales is preferable)
• Fluent in English, required knowledge of one extra foreign language (Russian, Italian)
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office
• Highly developed communication, presentation and organizational skills
• Strong problem solving and excellent negotiation skills
• Customer and result oriented
• Demonstrates “can do” attitude
• Proactive person with ability to define new ideas
