CRE International is a real estate development consultancy company with broad experience in project/construction management, contract management, cost management, construction supervision, QA/QC, preparation of Feasibility studies and technical Due Diligence studies, design and technical control of design documentation.
CRE International gathers a team of highly qualified and experienced professionals from various fields of engineering – architectural, civil, high voltage electrical and low voltage electrical, HVAC, public health systems, transport systems, traffic, landscaping, energy efficiency engineering etc.
We are seeking to recruit a Architectural Engineer with drive and ambition to match our own.
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Construction Supervision in accordance with the Montenegrin laws and regulations
- Technical Control of design documentation in accordance with the Montenegrin laws and regulations
- Project Management and coordination of architectural works throughout the project planning phase
- Project Management and coordination of architectural works during the construction phase
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering (Master’s degree preferable)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in design, execution, PM or Construction Supervision of architectural works
- Minimum 3 years of experience in development of real estate projects or similar
- Licenses for Supervision Issued by Engineering Chamber of Montenegro is a plus
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCad. Revit is a plus.
- Strong written and oral proficiency in and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong technical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Project Management certification (PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2) is a plus
- Driving license (B category)
