Finance department

General Cashier (m/f)

Education: High school diploma.

Previous working experience: 2 (two) year in the same or similar position.

Skills & Abilities:
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office;
  • Results focused and strong attention to detail, attentive to deadlines;
  • Communicative, team player, highly flexible and hard worker.
Systems: Abacus, Opera, Micros.

Knowledge of a foreign language: Montenegrin and English is mandatory; Turkish is advantage.

SCOPE OF WORK:
  • Receive and processes all cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately;
  • Maintain a secure and organized cash control system;
  • Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports related to cash transactions;
  • Reconcile cash accounts and perform a count of the main safe on a daily basis;
  • Maintain an organize filing system for financial documents, receipts;
  • Reconcile bank statements, investigate and resolve any discrepancies and deposits the cash collections into the related bank accounts, and maintain the accounting records;
  • Perform physical control of the cash floats across the hotel and ensure that the extended floats are being used in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures.
