CEO Assistant

The company has representatives worldwide, such as Russia, Spain, United Kingdom, Turkey. It deals with all the services in the field of real estate: construction, sales, renting, maintenance, investment consulting. Being also a recognised Developer, CMM is constructing SPA resorts and other Apart hotel projects on the Montenegrin coast. Company won an award at the European Property Awards 2019-2020, and is absolute leader in real estate business in Montenegro.

You are our ideal candidate if you:

  • Have experience in executive assistant admin assistant;
  • Are an advanced Montenegro and English-speake, Russian are a bonus;
  • Have experience working with CRM;
  • Are very empathetic and can read between the lines;
  • Think ahead and is intuitive and are extremely detail-oriented;
  • Have good memory and are good at multitasking;
  • Fast and self-organized;
  • Possess a valid driver license.

Job responsibilities:

  • Managing CEO’s calendar & tasks;
  • Booking calls;
  • Email management—filtering emails, managing spam, scheduling/responding to emails;
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments;
  • Meeting follow-ups, minutes & actions;
  • Assigning & following up on tasks;
  • Travel management & travel planning;
  • Flights & accommodation bookings;
  • Document preparation;
  • CRM management.
