International company CMM Investment Consulting Group, with offices in Russia, Spain, Turkey and head office in Budva consisting of eleven operational departments is a unique real estate company, which has been providing many services such as investment consulting, sale, rental and maintenance of real estate services, development of projects etc., for fifteen years. Company won an award at the European Property Awards 2019-2020, and is absolute leader in real estate business in Montenegro.
Due to expanding of our office and scope of our services, as well as conquering new markets, we are looking for the new members of our Team and have an opened position for:

Interior Designer


Job responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize and direct activities concerned with the design and furnishing of CMM properties;
  • Undertake design project from concept to completion;
  • Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief”;
  • Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans;
  • Set costs and project fees according to budget;
  • Research and decide on materials and products sourcing;
  • Supervise work progress;
  • Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors;
  • Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices.

Job requirements:

  • Knowledge of English language;
  • Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions);
  • Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations;
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs.

  • Creative talent, imagination and eye for design;
  • Communication and presentation skills;
  • Project management skills;
  • Ability to deal with issues in a confidential manner;
  • BS degree in Interior Design or similar are advantage;
  • Ability to participate as an effective team member and to support departmental and organizational goals and objectives;
  • Ability to work independently and respond to multiple changing demands and deadlines.
