For the purposes of our Client,  a successful company in RECORDS MANAGEMENT in all aspects, we are looking for:
 

DEPARTMENT MANAGER RECORDS MANAGEMENT  (m/f)
(Podgorica, Montenegro)

Description of tasks:

  • Secure new business;
  • Customer appointments: Ensure a high quality service is rendered to existing clients & corporate clients;
  • Site analysis & Quoting;
  • Maintain good relations with all parties involved;
  • Accurate and timeous administration;
  • Make appointments to see prospective customers ;
  • Cold calling;
  • Secure new business/create relationships with colleagues within our group to source leads;
  • Lead Generation;
  • Networking;
  • Maintain professional image both telephonically and in person;
  • Deal with corporate client queries/needs effectively and timeously;
  • Communicate clearly & precisely with sales leads;
  • Plan daily/weekly/monthly appointments efficiently;
  • Make appointments to see new and existing corporate clients;
  • Be on time for appointments;
  • Dress appropriately and be professional at all times;
  • Complete paperwork required for appointments;
  • Deliver certain invoices & assist admin to collect payment;
  • Produce weekly & monthly reports for Manager;
  • Ensure site inspection are done effectively with correct equipment;
  • Quotes are to be completed and sent to customers within 24 hours of appointment;
  • Confirmation of quote receipt must be obtained from customer;
  • Regular follow-ups must be done telephonically;
  • Quote pending report to be done and submitted to management weekly;
  • Monthly reports;
  • Management to be informed of progress at all times;
  • Deal with any problems quickly and effectively;
  • Provide feedback on jobs to ensure smooth operation;
  • Keep GM/Marketing Manager informed;
  • Advise warehouse timeously of any storage needs;
  • Be friendly and courteous at all times;
  • Maintain professional image at all times;
  • Ensure personal appearance reflects Company’s image;
  • Ensure vehicle is maintained clean and neat at all times;
  • Set targets, measure & report;
  • Report to office daily to retrieve e mails and answer any queries;

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To manage the branch activity Record Management in all aspects, in order to maintain and develop our services levels as well as to ensure a high quality service in rendered to existing clients and to procedure new records management business in order to increase revenue and to meet agreed profit targets.
