International company CMM Investment Consulting Group, with its branch in Budva, is looking for:
Marketing Manager
The company has representatives worldwide, such as Russia, Spain, United Kingdom, Turkey. It deals with all the services in the field of real estate: construction, sales, renting, maintenance, furnishing, investment consulting. Being also a recognised Developer, CMM is constructing SPA resorts and other Apart hotel projects on the Montenegrin coast. Company won an award at the European Property Awards 2019-2020, and is absolute leader in real estate business in Montenegro.
You are our ideal candidate if you:
- Hands-on experience in one or more areas of marketing (advertising, working with the site, mailings, connecting and setting up analytics, writing texts)
- The ability to independently understand a new task for oneself and bring its implementation to the end
- Participation in the development and implementation of a marketing strategy in various advertising channels
- Knowledge of the English, other language are advantage
- Analysis of target audience and competitors
- Participation in organizing the creation of media content (photos, videos, banners, text)
- Preparation of text content for the website and social networks
- Development and modernization of company websites
- Preparation of terms of reference for IT-specialists, control of its implementation
- Setting up, analysis of effectiveness and correction of advertising campaigns
- Organization of company participation in exhibitions
- Search for contractors to perform certain tasks (IT, printing houses)
