The Chedi Luštica Bay is the first of seven hotels within the beautiful Luštica Bay. Set on the front line of the marina, it provides a unique experience of waterfront living. A luxurious refuge within easy reach of the main marina lends to the town’s superb dining experiences, lounges, conference facilities, a private beach and pool. The Chedi opened its doors in July 2018. The Chedi Team is fully committed to providing a unique and memorable guest experience. Assistant Waiter (m/f)
Food & Beverage - Service Department
 

Key responsibilities:  

• To help in projecting a pleasant and positive image to all guests
• Assisting in F&B servicing
• Ensure that quality and standards meet the expectations of guests daily
• Maintain daily mise en place and service stations
• Punctual attendance to each shift plan
• Maintain positive teamwork
• Respond quickly and proactively to guest concerns
• Provide excellent guest service
• Take ownership of a guest complaint until it is resolved or addressed by a superior or a colleague
• Ensure all banquet functions are up to standards and exceeding guest expectations
• Ensure all existing policies and procedures are administered fairly and consistently 

Qualifications: 

• Hospitality related high school is an advantage
•  Full working professional proficiency in English and Montenegrin, additional languages are a big asset
• Previous experience on similar positions is a big advantage
• High level of knowledge and implementation of best practices and SOP's
• Good understanding of the industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer service oriented
