Marketing Manager (m/f)

International company CMM Investment Consulting Group, with its branch in Budva, is looking for Marketing Manager.
The company has representatives worldwide, such as Russia, Spain, United Kingdom, Turkey. It deals with all the services in the field of real estate: construction, sales, renting, maintenance, investment consulting. Being also a recognised Developer, CMM is constructing SPA resorts and other Apart hotel projects on the Montenegrin coast. Company won an award at the European Property Awards 2019-2020, and is absolute leader in real estate business in Montenegro.


Marketing Manager


You are our ideal candidate if you:

  • Hands-on experience in one or more areas of marketing (advertising, working with the site, mailings, connecting and setting up analytics, writing texts)
  • The ability to independently understand a new task for oneself and bring its implementation to the end

JOB responsibilities:

  • Participation in the development and implementation of a marketing strategy in various advertising channels
  • Knowledge of the Russian English language
  • Analysis of target audience and competitors
  • Participation in organizing the creation of media content (photos, videos, banners, text)
  • Preparation of text content for the website and social networks
  • Development and modernization of company websites
  • Preparation of terms of reference for IT-specialists, control of its implementation
  • Setting up, analysis of effectiveness and correction of advertising campaigns
  • Organization of company participation in exhibitions
  • Search for contractors to perform certain tasks (IT, printing houses)
