Software Architect

For this role we expect you to have:
  • Significant hands-on software development experience;
  • Experience in helping customers design high-quality software architectures;
  • Good social, communication and negotiation skills;
  • Willingness to support sales team from a technical perspective;
  • Applying cybersecurity measures when designing software architectures;
  • Consultant mindset and being able to adapt to customers’ needs;
SW architect is a senior skilled IT professional, which has held technical and leadership roles in a wide array of projects and technologies. This person has strong in-depth technical knowledge and abilities that include software application development and integration, design and architecture of solution-based systems, and business analysis. In addition, a person’s troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are excellent and encompass various technical areas.

Experience & Skills:
  • Demonstrable experience in Software Development and different technologies;
  • Person is also used to working with the sales and the customer;
  • Knowledge of IT governance and operations. Interpersonal and leadership skills - servant leadership, collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills;
  • Proven technical solid architecture and design skills in application development using different technologies i.e., Java, C, C++, Embedded…. ;
  • Strong communication skills, with an inherent ability to demonstrate calmness and willingness to listen and learn actively;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude especially dealing with customer escalations;
  • Experience in helping customers design high-quality software architectures;
  • Big plus is experienced mentoring other software engineers to improve their skills, and make them more effective software engineers;
