Construction Engineer (m/f)
International company CMM Investment Consulting Group, with its branch in Budva, is looking for experienced Construction Engineer, to provide technical control and coordination for our resort project.
The company has representatives worldwide, such as Russia, Spain, United Kingdom, Turkey. It deals with all the services in the field of real estate: construction, sales, renting, maintenance, investment consulting. Being also a recognised Developer, CMM is constructing SPA resorts and other Apart hotel projects on the Montenegrin coast. Company won an award at the European Property Awards 2019-2020, and is absolute leader in real estate business in Montenegro.
Construction Engineer
JOB responsibilities:
- Coordination of implementing the construction plans according to the deadlines
- Coordination of project communications with management team and external contractors and suppliers
- Managung the technical documentation is delivered properly and on time
- Preparing regular project costing reports to the management
- Controlling of design, tender and construction documents
JOB requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent knowledge of English is obligatory; knowledge of French is additional benefit
- Project background and technical writing ability and skills
