Customer Engagement Specialist

 

This is an exciting opportunity if you are looking for a challenge of working in a highly creative commercial environment in one of the leading Telco providers in the region.

Key responsibiliies:

  • Take active part in development of existing base campaigning strategy & roadmap and align it with organizational KPIs
  • Perform analysis of customer behavior, plan and propose campaigns
  • Develop effective communications that engage Telenor customers across available channels
  • Work hand in hand with CRM, segments, BI and analytics teams to capture engagement opportunities from available customer data  
  • Coordinate and support growth of digital engagement platform on My Telenor App
  • Conduct effective targeting of customers with the aim to increase value
  • Find partnering opportunities and negotiate new partners to support customer offering
  • End to end responsibility over CRM initiative/project being managed from idea to launch
  • Perform analysis and appropriate measurements of CRM initiatives

 Competences: The ideal candidate should possess

  • University degree, preferably in business or engineering
  • 2-3 years of work experience in marketing/product development in a customer focused environment
  • Strong presentation/communication, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Great attention to detail coupled with sound analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage marketing projects end-to-end
  • Proactive and self-driven person with can-do attitude
  • Fluent business English (written and verbal)
  • High computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
  • SPSS/Tablue or knowledge other analytical softwares is an advantage
