Customer Engagement Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity if you are looking for a challenge of working in a highly creative commercial environment in one of the leading Telco providers in the region.
Key responsibiliies:
- Take active part in development of existing base campaigning strategy & roadmap and align it with organizational KPIs
- Perform analysis of customer behavior, plan and propose campaigns
- Develop effective communications that engage Telenor customers across available channels
- Work hand in hand with CRM, segments, BI and analytics teams to capture engagement opportunities from available customer data
- Coordinate and support growth of digital engagement platform on My Telenor App
- Conduct effective targeting of customers with the aim to increase value
- Find partnering opportunities and negotiate new partners to support customer offering
- End to end responsibility over CRM initiative/project being managed from idea to launch
- Perform analysis and appropriate measurements of CRM initiatives
Competences: The ideal candidate should possess
- University degree, preferably in business or engineering
- 2-3 years of work experience in marketing/product development in a customer focused environment
- Strong presentation/communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Great attention to detail coupled with sound analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage marketing projects end-to-end
- Proactive and self-driven person with can-do attitude
- Fluent business English (written and verbal)
- High computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
- SPSS/Tablue or knowledge other analytical softwares is an advantage
