Client Relations Manager (m/f)

International company CMM Investment Consulting Group, with its branch in Budva, is looking for Client Relations Manager.

The company has representatives worldwide, such as Russia, Spain, United Kingdom, Turkey. It deals with all the services in the field of real estate: construction, sales, renting, maintenance, investment consulting. Being also a recognised Developer, CMM is constructing SPA resorts and other Apart hotel projects on the Montenegrin coast. Company won an award at the European Property Awards 2019-2020, and is absolute leader in real estate business in Montenegro.

 

Client Relations Manager

 

JOB responsibilities:

  • Maintaining efficient communication with potential international partners
  • Processing inquiries from websites and other marketing sources, and submitting reports on them through digital platforms
  • Consistent international clients relationship management
  • Sourcing suitable properties for clients and consultation
  • Managing the client’s arrival plans to MNE
  • Planning, preparation and attendance at international property exhibitions, networking events and similar
  • Promoting globally CMM’s properties & services
  • Organization of online presentations & webinars for clients

JOB requirements:

  • Preferred working experience in a similar field
  • Excellent knowledge of English is obligatory; knowledge of French is additional benefit
  • Persistence, responsibility, organizational skills, reliability
  • Showing initiative
  • Ability to work in a team
