Customer Service Representative

 

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively respond to customer requests by phone or email
  • Accurately enter reservations in the company system
  • Serve customers by providing product and service information
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve the issues effectively
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Ability to work in shifts, including morning, afternoon, night shifts and weekends

Qualifications:

  • Excellent knowledge of English language (written and spoken)
  • Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills with customers
  • Advanced PC literacy
  • Ready to work in a hectic environment
  • Customer service orientation
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to follow defined processes and procedures
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Minimum high school diploma
