LimoLabs is a full service digital agency enabling transition into digital technology and media for ground transportation services. We are looking for:
Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
- Effectively respond to customer requests by phone or email
- Accurately enter reservations in the company system
- Serve customers by providing product and service information
- Handle customer complaints and resolve the issues effectively
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to work in shifts, including morning, afternoon, night shifts and weekends
Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of English language (written and spoken)
- Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills with customers
- Advanced PC literacy
- Ready to work in a hectic environment
- Customer service orientation
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to follow defined processes and procedures
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Minimum high school diploma
