                                      Seasonal Consumer Contact Center Agent

We are looking for two candidates to join our team, on a seasonal position, for a role of Consumer Contact Center Agent.


Responsibilities:
•    Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
•    Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions
•    Seize opportunities to sell/upsell and promote new products when they arise
•    Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
•    Keep records of all conversations in our call center database as per operating procedures
•    Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets


Requirements:
•    Minimum high school degree
•    Excellent knowledge of English and preferably Russian 
•    Preferable previous experience in a customer support role
•    Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
•    Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
•    People oriented personality
•    Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
•    Excellent data entry and typing skills with knowledge of Microsoft office
