Telenor Montenegro is seeking for candidate interested to cover 1 open position of:
IT Education Program Coordinator
This position is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects within scope of Telenor Montenegro IT Learning & Development program.
Person selected for this position will be working closely with both internal and externally stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
• Coordinate internal and external resources for the flawless execution of program
• Ensure that all activities are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensuring resources availability and that other prerequisites are met needed for successful execution program
• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the internal stakeholders and external lecturers, attendees and other participants
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive program documentation
• Managing process for selection and contracting of best lecturers for this program
• Managing process for executions of all modules according to approved program agenda
• Managing process for execution of interim and final exams
• Regular follow-up with both attendees and lecturers in order to ensure continuous improvement of program
Skills required:
• At least basic understanding of IT and software development
• Project Management skills (3+ years on relevant jobs/positions)
• Leadership and organizational skills (3+ years on relevant jobs/positions)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good knowledge of English
