The hotel is the heart of Porto Montenegro, super yacht marina. It consists of 3 accommodation wings: Venezia, Aqua and Baia. We are proud of a beautiful pool podium overlooking the magnificent Boka Bay, Spa facilities and four dining outlets: Murano restaurant - which brings casual, unhurried luxury to the forefront; Library Bar – our sophisticated bar; Gourmet Corner - patisserie and bakery; and Pool bar – a casual Italian Riviera ambiance bar.
Your day to day
Your responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- To establish and maintain good relations with corporate/ government/ travel/ airlines accounts and other booking sources
- To attend daily briefing and sales meetings
- To accomplish set sales goals for given markets/segments throughout the year
- To prepare all required daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
- To take every opportunity to up-sell
- To recommend and upon approval organize promotional events for accounts
- To participate in sales blitz and organize sales trips
- To procure new and repeat business through personal sales calls, referrals and inquiries
- To act as a first point of contact for urgent calls, emails and messages for the accounts that she/her handles
- To maintain databases
- To show initiative and suggest new sales strategies and creative ideas
What we need from you
- Bachelor's or higher education qualification degree in sales and marketing or a relevant field of study;
- Three or more years of Sales experience in a luxury environment; Experience in a medium to large size hotels is considered an advantage;
- Luxury leisure & MICE European market experience;
- Fluent English and Montenegrin languages; German/Russian language is considered an advantage;
- Opera Micros excellence;
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite of products;
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail;
- Ability to proactively anticipate and prioritize jobs.
