Sales Agent (m/f)
Telenor Montenegro is seeking for candidates interested to cover 1 open position of Sales Agent in shop Podgorica
Key responsibilities:
- Providing information on Telenor products and services to (potential and new) customers coming to Telenor shop and mobile point of sales
- Promotion of Telenor offers in order to bring in new post and pre paid customers
- Ensuring profesional, fast and effective way for resolving customer requests and needs
- Stays informed about prices of product and services in order to educate customers about Telenor products and services
- Follow up process of signing of typical and specific subscribers' and other contracts and annexes
- Cash register manipulation
- Daily reporting regarding sales and shop related activities to Shop leader
- Stays informed of the legal requirements and the company's global and local procedures, and carrying out everyday tasks in accordance with them
- Behaves in accordance with standards prescribed by the company culture
- Shares the responsibility for the company's image with the other employees
- Other duties requested by superior.
Competences: The ideal candidate should possess
- Secondary school/Bachelor’s or University degree in related field
- Professional experience in sales or in customer care preferred
- MS Office computer skills (Word, Excel)
- Good English (written and spoken)
- Knowing other languages are an advantage
- Basic understanding of device setup (android, windows, ios)
- Excellent sale and customer care skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Result oriented and team oriented with positive attitude
- Positive and open minded
- Readiness to work in shifts, long hours and in standing position during working hours
