Junior butler/Host-hostess

Location: Saudi Arabia

Job Description:

• Formal table service and service of drinks
• Valeting, including clothing and shoe care
• Care of the wine cellar
• Cleaning of silver and care of fine antiques and art
• Flower arrangements and table decorations
• Meeting and greeting of guests
• Anticipate guests' needs and able to deliver unique personalized service.
• Food Knowledge
• Communicate with different departments to ensure the smooth running of preparation
• Run errands for guests when necessary
• Recommend and arrange amenities for guests
• Remain well-groomed at all times
• Keep up-to-date on all policies on safety and hygiene
• Perform all duties with discretion, professionalism and a pleasant demeanor Requirements
• Experience as a Butler or similar role in the hospitality industry
• At least 3- 4 years of experience as Butler Position or in related field hospitality.

Requirements:

• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Active listening and effective communication skills
• Team spirit
• Flexibility to work in shifts
• High school diploma; food safety training is a plus
• 3-5 years of professional experience in hotels 5*
• Good command of English language
• Good command of Excel, Word, and Power Point.

• Servility, pleasantness.
