Business Systems Support Specialist (m/f)

Main responsibilities:

  • Availability maintenance and support smooth operation of the system (online charging system);
  • Preventive maintenance and participation in corrective activities;
  • Operational tasks: administration, configuration, reporting, follow up;
  • Support to BSS customers;
  • Participation in implementation and testing of new services and functionalities;
  • Cooperation with internal customers and BSS vendor;
  • Customer complaint resolving;
  • Preparation, testing and administration of middle interfaces between IS and BSS systems;
  • Implementation of new and administration of existing roaming contracts.

Requirements:

  • University degree in electrical engineering, computer science or similar field;
  • Two years of experience;
  • Experience in telecommunications or IT applications;
  • Fluent English;
  • familiar with DB – Oracle, MS SQL, basic knowledge of Linux, XML, Payton;
  • Logical – analytical mind oriented;
  • Willingness for self-improvement.
