The first One&Only Resort in Europe is sure to captivate with a stunning destination overlooking 1.2km of the Adriatic Sea. Positioned at the entrance to Boka Bay, this 60-acre destination overlooks mountain and sea while still emphasizing a sense of privacy. 113 Guest luxurious guest rooms and 10 branded villas will reflect the rich natural elements of Montenegro. World-class restaurants will showcase regional specialties from renowned chefs and distinctive hospitality will ensure every whim is fulfilled. One&Only Spa has partnered with wellness brand, Henri Chenot and will honor the region’s heritage by utilizing ancient Mediterranean traditions fused with modern spa therapies.

Reporting into the Director of Rooms, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the security of our resort; ensuring the health and safety of our guests and colleagues. We are looking for someone who has demonstrated experience working in a luxury 5-star resort with understanding of the protocols associated.
