The Headhunter has offices in Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Macedonia, Kosovo, Greece, Serbia, Texas (USA).

For the purposes of our Client, new resort in Herceg Novi, we are looking for:

 

LEGAL MANAGER

Reporting to Executive Director and Chief Legal Officer from Member of management committee.

Team organization:

  • Legal department would have only 1 person – Legal Manager, depending on volume of work, the company may engage associate
  • Legal manager tightly cooperates with our Group legal team (as founder company) which has Chief Legal Officer, Legal Manager and Associate
  • Full support of law office who our Client cooperate with.

Job description

  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to proposal preparations, contract, negotiations
  • Review, negotiate and develop provisions for Commercial Agreements, Memorandums of understanding, Non-disclosure agreements, professional services agreements and other corporate agreements
  • Manage planning and preparation of shareholder meetings including distribution of proxy materials and related documents and fillings
  • The management of document flow, ensuring the appropriate people receive the right documents in timely manner and that the information in the primary file is well organized and up to date
  • Provide administrative / legal support in implementing systems, procedures, policies and completing sales tasks in support of compliance
  • Represent company in state agencies for licensing and other purposes
  • Organization of various legal structures (condominiums etc.)
  • Other duties assigned by Executive Director
  • Special attention related to job description licensing processes
  • Organization of various legal structures (condominiums etc.)
  • Previous working experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in similar functions;
  • On similar development projects, law offices, etc
  • Strong knowledge in commercial law
  • Understanding of hospitality business
  • Understanding of contractual terms and conditions, negotiation skills.
