The company was established in May 2009. in Podgorica from DEKRA Arbeit GmbH., Stuttgart as a part of a large joint-stock company DEKRA SE which counts more than 44.000 employees and has offices in 50 countries in Europe, and in USA, Brazil, China, Morocco, Alger and South African Republic.
For our internal team we are looking for a motivated and responsible person to work at the position:
Job desrciption:
- Cross-selling, contacting and searching for the new clients
- Sales activities and identifying new business opportunities
- Presentation of the DEKRA HR services on the market
- Organization and implementation of the HR projects
- Developing and maintaining a database of the clients
- Reaching and exceeding the defined sales targets and goals
- Actively identifying growth opportunities and the creation and implementation of a sales strategy
- Collaborating with Sales & Marketing team
- Developing the image and brand awareness in collaboration with team members
- Reporting to the superiors.
Requirements:
- University Degree
- Successful previous experience in the sales
- Experience in the field of human resources is an advantage
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent English language knowledge
- B driving licence.
