Key responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming telephone calls and requests received through email and social networks
  • Selling and cross-selling through incoming and outgoing calls, recommending new products and services to the customers
  • Providing all information to customers regarding services, promotions, monthly bill and procedures
  • Performing billing related tasks
  • Forwarding to the competent offices any comments/feedback.
