Consumer Contact Center Agent
Key responsibilities:
- Handling incoming telephone calls and requests received through email and social networks
- Selling and cross-selling through incoming and outgoing calls, recommending new products and services to the customers
- Providing all information to customers regarding services, promotions, monthly bill and procedures
- Performing billing related tasks
- Forwarding to the competent offices any comments/feedback.
Skills you will bring:
- Minimum High school degree
- Excellent communication skills
- People oriented personality
- Sales-minded work approach
- Fluency in English, Russian preferable
- Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
- Good knowledge of telecommunication services and products
- Excellent computer skills
- Customer oriented personality
