For the purposes of our Client, multi-national REAL ESTATE company, located in 80 countries and territories around the world, we are posting job advertisement looking for:
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (Administrative and Sales)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develops key strategies for the Master Franchise Office
- Monitors the integrity of the elements of the franchise agreement and policies
- Collaborates with the sales department for setting the market objectives
- Collaborates with the marketing department for the development of the strategy
- Develops and maintains the Business Plan of the office
- Coordinates External Resources and their Short Term Plans
- Creates and Develops Brokerage Advice
- Develops a network of actors needed for complementary services
- Assists in the development of new training modules in the office
- Analyzes the Franchise’s Process to Provide Opportunities for Business Growth.
DESIRED PROFILE:
- Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related field education
- Self-confidence and ability to work in team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent knowledge of English language.
REMUNERATION/ SALARY: Highly competitive.
