Administrative Assistant (part-time)


A mid-size intellectual property firm is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join
its Montenegro office.

Responsibilities

  • Handling general administrative duties such as: managing electronic calendars; scheduling meetings, appointments, conference calls; couriering and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, faxes;
  • Handling travel arrangements;
  • Maintaining office supplies;
  • Providing direct support to the entire office;
  • Other administrative duties assigned by the Head of Office.

Skills & Requirements

  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English;
  • High school degree;
  • One year of office experience working in similar administrative positions;
  • Good writing and oral communication skills;
  • Excellent computer skills;
  • Able to manage time and work to deadlines;
  • Responsible, organized, hard-working and a team player.
