Vendor CRM Solutions Architect Expert
Responsibilities:
- Designing solutions that include multiple systems
- Support to the consolidation of information systems
- Putting systems into production use
- Integrating new systems into the existing environment
- Maintenance of existing systems
- Researching new IT technologies related to business processes and customer management support
- Responsible for creating solutions based on multiple IT systems
- Development, data modeling and integration in accordance with the requirements, in accordance with existing architectural guidelines
- Software development for IT systems
- Testing applications and writing program documentation
- Second and third line of support for applications and systems under its jurisdiction
- Application of all adopted procedures for development of software and systems
- Reporting about your work to direct manager
- Reporting to the manager about the current state and the stage of applications and systems development
- Management of development submitted to an external vendor
- Development management with the help of external vendors
- Creation of specifications for the development of external vendors
- Support to Telenor Common Operations.
Requirements:
- University degree preferable from Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications or Mathematics area
- Experience with technologies:
- Javascript, jQuery, CSS
- PHP, Java
- SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle, MySQL
- SOAP, REST
- Agile/Scrum
- Analytical skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience within IT and / or Telecommunication area
- Ability to manage multiple assignments efficiently under pressure and meeting tight deadline schedules
- A result-oriented individual
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
