Consumer Contact Center Service Agent
Key responsibilities:
- Handling incoming telephone calls and requests received through email and social networks.
- Selling and cross-selling through incoming and outgoing calls, recommending new products and services to the customers.
- Providing all information to customers regarding services, promotions, monthly bill and procedures.
- Performing billing related tasks.
- Forwarding to the competent offices any comments/feedback.
Skills you will bring:
- Minimum High school degree.
- Excellent communication skills.
- People oriented personality.
- Sales-minded work approach.
- Fluency in English, Russian prefferable.
- Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
- Good knowledge of telecommunication services and products.
- Excellent computer skills.
