Our growing company is seeking to hire

Sales Manager

 

for our properties in Montenegro who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our
sales team. Sales Manager will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing
business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department and
corporate sales office

 

Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • To meet and exceed objectives, personal and Europe team sales goals established on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Proactively initiates actions to approach and secure new business opportunities for the company in the assigned territories, by using his/her own trade connections, research of new accounts and action on all available leads.
  • Assist Senior Management with long term strategic planning as it relates to sales and revenue management.
  • Ensures that all price changes and promotions are communicated and implemented by assigned accounts in a timely manner.
  • Using established financial parameters and guidelines, negotiates, with support of Marketing Department implements and controls, brochure and marketing contributions for assigned accounts.
  • Implements training / incentives for reservations agents, groups departments, BDM’s for assigned Tour Operator (TO) accounts.
  • Prepares yearly sources of business (SOB) and budgets for assigned territories and sales channels.
  • Proactively collaborates with Senior Management and provides essential market information, trends and reports.
  • Implements, manages and controls agreed travel & representation expenses and attends monthly spending revision meetings.
  • Assists Senior Management in establishing new or updated procedures within the department
  • Attends industry events meetings and/or trainings.
  • Directly responsible for timely analysis and delivery of tactical promotions and actions in assigned territories.
  • Ensures that all price changes and promotions are communicated and implemented by assigned accounts in a timely manner.
  • Ensures that correct, updated and prominent product information and pricing is available in all assigned distribution channels.
  • Prepares strategies and performance analysis of assigned accounts for Senior Management.
  • Develop strong relationships with on property front office team to ensure working in unity and always striving to achieve the same goals.
  • Answer customer queries in a timely and suitable manner
  • Monitor monthly occupancy to insure contracted blocks are used and sold to capacity.

 

Sales Manager Requirements:

  • Strong Multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiar with international fairs, has knowledge of international trade
  • Strong relationship with local markets
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree required
