MT - Management trainee (m/f) – Saudi Arabia

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • College Graduate.
  • Good knowledge of English language.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a relevant field.
  • Excellent communication skills.

DESIRED PROFILE:

  • Self-confidence and ability to work in team.
  • Customer services or hospitality experience is preferable.
  • Problem Solving & Analytical Skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Improvement in guest satisfaction.
  • Handling all guests issues.
  • Maintaining the standard required for the restaurant look & feel.
  • Maintain hygiene & F&B quality standards.
  • Drive & monitor crew behaviors and crew engagement resulting in repeat business and guest loyalty.
  • Work on maintaining & increasing Positive word of mouth from guest.
  • Increasing Employee Morals.
  • 2 years contract.
