Consumer Contact Center Service Agent


Key responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming telephone calls and requests received through email and social networks.
  • Selling and cross-selling through incoming and outgoing calls, recommending new products and services to the customers.
  • Providing all information to customers regarding services, promotions, monthly bill and procedures.
  • Performing billing related tasks.
  • Forwarding to the competent offices any comments/feedback.

Skills you will bring:

  • Minimum High school degree.
  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Fluency in English, Russian prefferable.
