OFFICE ASSISTANT
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong communication skills
- Active knowledge of English
- PC literacy
- Team work and multitasking orientated
- Stress resistant person
- Driver license
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / BENEFITS:
- Receiving incoming and preparing outgoing correspondence
- Bookkeeping of incoming and outgoing documentation
- Data entry and record maintaining
- Basic bookkeeping activities
- Preparing financial reports
- Preparing monthly reports for group reporting
- Communication with suppliers, clients, banks and auditors
CANDIDATE’S PROFILE:
- Very well organized and highly professional
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial business approach
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, a team player
- Target driven and results oriented
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
