HEAD HOUSEKEEPER ASSISTANT
Duties and key responsibilities
- Field and office work;
- Coordination and monitoring of weekly and monthly plans;
- Procurement and control of necessary assets for Housekeeping Department and the office;
- Providing support to Head Housekeeper in jobs that include presentation and communication with other departments;
- Providing support to Head Housekeeper during the employees supervision and their responsibilities;
- Visiting and controlling all positions under the responsibility of the Housekeeping Department;
- Preparing letters, inquiries, requests and other documents within the internal and external communication;
- Arranging and filing of documentation;
- Keeping the necessary records;
- Performing other operational and administrative tasks;
- Maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures;
- Performing related duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Qualifications
- High School degree minimum
Required Skills and Experience
- At least three years of work experience;
- Knowledge of English language;
- Computer literacy: Internet, Excel, Word and Power Point;
- Ability to work independently;
- Good communication and organizational skills;
- Team player;
- Driving license - B category.
